Thank you for taking the time to visit. I hope you enjoy looking around. You will find within these pages info on the dogs I am privileged to own and the beautiful puppies they have blessed me with. You will also find some insight in to me and the roots of my love of this noble breed.
I am not a commercial breeder, and my dogs do not live in kennels but live as my family in my home. I love having them in my life.
I was granted my affix in 2005 - the name was inspired by my beloved big bear Diesel - He was the foundation dog for Gentlebears and there will always be a part of him in every dog bred under the gentlebears affix. A truly magnificent boy who will always be remembered by all who met him and he will forever own a huge part of my heart x.
I breed for temperament and my aim is to produce big, healthy, happy, bouncy, loving bears which would be suited to both a family home and equally to a more active working home as my pups have brains as well as beauty.
My dogs produce mainly long coat pups but we now also on occasion have standard/short coated Gentlebears available too :o)
I have only the well being of my dogs and their puppies in mind so only sell my pups to caring, knowledgeable, lifelong homes.
All of my breeding dogs are Hip/Elbow Scored & as of 2012 all have also been DM tested - none at risk.
All Gentlebears pups leave me with breeding and export restrictions in place on their KC registrations. These will only be lifted once the pup has been hip & Elbow scored & DM tested and copy of results provided. Restrictions on females will not be lifted before they are 18 months old under any circumstances.
All pups leave me having had thorough vet check, 1st vaccination, Microchipped by myself, 4 weeks insurance with petplan, comprehensive puppy packs which include their KC registration, official Kennel Club pedigree, copies of parents health certification etc.
I only sell my pups to people that want a live in companion for themselves/their family, if this is not what you want, please look elsewhere.
I hope you enjoy looking at the pages on this site. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
All the very best,
