Thank you for taking the time to visit. I hope you enjoy looking around. You will find within these pages info on the dogs I am privileged to be owned by and the beautiful puppies they have blessed me with. You will also find some insight in to me and the roots of my love of this noble breed.
I do not breed on a commercial basis, and my dogs do not live in kennels. They are my family and as such live in my home and share the sofa & beds. I love having them in my life.
I was granted my affix in 2005 - the name was inspired by my beloved big bear Diesel - He was the foundation dog for Gentlebears and there will always be a part of him in every dog bred under the gentlebears affix. A truly magnificent boy who will always be remembered by all who met him and he will forever own a huge part of my heart x.
I breed for temperament and my aim is to produce healthy, happy, loving bears which would be suited to both a family home and equally to a more active working home.
My priority is the wellbeing of my dogs and our puppies so only sell my pups to caring, knowledgeable, lifelong homes.
All of my breeding dogs are Hip/Elbow Scored, DM tested since 2012 (none at risk) & also tested for Pituitary Dwarfism. Also, as of 2019 are DNA Profiled.
All Gentlebears pups leave me with breeding and export restrictions in place. I will not lift these except under exeptional circumstances and only by prior written agreement so please discuss with me at first point of contact. Also please note - restrictions on females will not be lifted before they are 18 months old under any circumstances and will never be lifted if they have been mated before this age.
All pups leave me having had thorough vet check, Microchipped by myself, 4 weeks insurance with petplan, comprehensive puppy packs including, pedigree, microchip document, copies of parents full health certification etc.
I only sell my pups to people that want a live in companion for themselves/their family, if this is not what you want, please look elsewhere.
